Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Robbie Walker!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Igor Prikhodko and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parks throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Walker gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Parks to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Parks stops Walker from standing up.
Parks seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Walker is trying to control the position but Parks postures up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Parks got a little sloppy there for a moment and Walker has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Parks has managed to get both his arms back between Walker's legs - danger averted.

and Parks counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Parks gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Parks moves out of range as Walker throws a body kick.

Parks fails to land with a series of punches.

Parks drives through and clinches with Walker against the cage.
Parks really is a fat lump.
Parks lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Walker backwards.
Walker tries to pull guard but Parks forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Parks ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Parks no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Parks is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Parks pulls guard successfully.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
A left and a right from Parks both land. Nice combination.
Connie Parks is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Parks swats away the attempt to clinch by Walker.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Parks's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!



Parks clinches up with Walker and pushes him back against the cage.
Parks stops a takedown attempt from Walker.
Parks is trying to pull guard but Walker has him pressed against the cage.

Parks jumps guard and drags Walker to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Parks wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Walker has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Parks is proving hard to escape from.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Walker scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Parks doesn't seem bothered though.

Walker tries to land a front kick but Parks steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Parks has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Walker uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Parks.
Walker walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Parks checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Walker misses with a takedown attempt - Parks sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Walker shoots for a double leg takedown but Parks sprawls well. He's pushed Walker's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Parks throws a big counter combination but Walker scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Walker gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Parks is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Walker can do to turn this around?

Parks gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Parks lands a jab to Walker's midsection.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Parks fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Parks shoots in for a takedown but Walker shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Robbie Walker has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Connie Parks is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Walker swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Parks tries to counter by clinching up but Walker breaks away and moves out of range.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Connie Parks.
Well Parks has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
