Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Starker (ranked 2381 p4p, 101 weight class) and Piotr Smietana (ranked 1819 p4p, 81 weight class). Starker comes to the cage accompanied by Catrin O'Neill - Ar Lan Y Mor. Smietana comes into a darkened arena with his song building. I Can't Stop - By: Flux Pavilion kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smietana lands with a thumping leg kick.
Starker wants to clinch.
Starker gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Smietana throws a nice outside leg kick.

Starker takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Smietana lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
