Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Raul Odonnell (ranked 25212 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juicu Ded (ranked 6851 p4p, 0 weight class). Raul Odonnell has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Odonnell shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Ded manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Ded is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Odonnell is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Odonnell has escaped and now he's on top!

Ded shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Odonnell napping and manages to drive through into side control!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ded is trying to control. Odonnell wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Raul Odonnell overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Ded is stalling here. Odonnell is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Ded seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Odonnell has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Ded can do anything to dispel that myth.

Odonnell is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Ded knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Ded is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Ded looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Ded breaks Odonnell's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Ded passes Odonnell's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Ded lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Ded is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Odonnell defends it well.

A close second round but Juicu Ded will probably get the nod - 10:9.
That's time! Odonnell's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. And we move into the final round!

Ded misses with an uppercut.

Ded looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Odonnell!

Ded goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Odonnell has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Ded but great work by Odonnell.

Odonnell is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Ded is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Ded is looking to reverse the position.
