The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sila throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Nurmagomedow tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Sila is in Nurmagomedow's guard.

Sila makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Nurmagomedow not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Nurmagomedow is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Sila keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Nurmagomedow's head.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Sila is working Nurmagomedow over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Sila has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Sila is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Sila lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Sila drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sila jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Sila lands a couple of elbows.
Sila working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Nurmagomedow's head.
Nurmagomedow really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sila. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Sila content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Nurmagomedow bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sila's guard.
Sila looking for a triangle here. Nurmagomedow is fighting it but it looks tight! Sila pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Nurmagomedow is tapping out - this one is all over!
