Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Holger The Dane (ranked 1329 p4p, 169 weight class) and Anakoni Kai (ranked 758 p4p, 99 weight class). Kai has chosen Firestarter as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Dane avoids a kick to the body.

Kai let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Kai is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

The Dane is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Kai gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Kai scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. The Dane doesn't seem bothered though.

It looks like The Dane has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.

Kai lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Kai's hands are dropping dangerously low here and The Dane connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kai scrambles back to his feet.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The Dane lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Kai crumples to the floor! The Dane milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
