The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Curran misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hunt tried to counter with a leg kick but Curran avoided it.
Curran is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Hunt.
Curran looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Hunt throws a quick counter head kick but Curran was just out of range.
Curran throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Curran throws a sloppy head kick
and Hunt connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Hunt steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Curran.

Curran throws a push kick but Hunt slaps the foot to one side.
Hunt has been working on his boxing with his coaches at LOD Gym of the Gods in the buildup to the fight.

and Hunt counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Hunt lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Curran throws a head kick but Hunt moves out of range.
Hunt avoids the body shot from Curran.

Hunt feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Curran's calf.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Curran lands a nice looking kick to the body. Hunt takes a step back to recover.
Randy Curran seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hunt scores with a leg kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Curran. Hunt does a little dance to reset his feet.
Curran throws the kick towards the body but Hunt avoids it.
Hunt was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Curran throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
And Hunt counters with a quick kick to the body but Curran blocks it.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

Curran lands with a straight right. Hunt didn't see that one coming.

It looks like Matt Hunt has been cut.
Curran displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hunt throws out the jab.

and Hunt makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Curran really felt that one!

Hunt drops Curran with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Curran looks back up at him and smiles so Hunt waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Curran misses the jab.

Curran is rocked!
Hunt is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Hunt lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Curran is still on wobbly legs! Can Hunt finish him?
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Curran.
Curran seems to have recovered his senses.
Curran throws an overhand right that lands on Hunt's shoulder, as Hunt tries to avoid the shot.
Curran is looking to clinch but Hunt is avoiding it.
Hunt swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Curran is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Curran misses with a body shot
and Hunt counters with a crisp right that sends Curran to the canvas! Hunt follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
