The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nagaraya lands a glancing blow to the side of Valdes's head.
Valdes walks into a jab.

Valdes drives through and clinches with Nagaraya against the cage.
Valdes missing with knees to the body.
Nagaraya scores with a shoulder strike.
Nagaraya lands a hook that snaps the head of Valdes backwards.

Valdes is rocked!
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Nagaraya creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Valdes is still on wobbly legs! Can Nagaraya finish him?
Nagaraya lands a body shot.

Nagaraya drops Valdes onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Valdes is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Nagaraya creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Valdes with a big uppercut! Valdes tries to clinch up but Nagaraya pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Valdes to the mat! Valdes covers up and Nagaraya unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
