Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hades Hug (ranked 5505 p4p, 439 weight class) and Erling Koch (ranked 3934 p4p, 344 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hug might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Animal I Have Become . The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Trevor Gratis and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hug fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Hug throws a left and a right that both miss
and Koch counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Koch displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Hades Hug seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Koch lands with a straight right. Hug didn't see that one coming.
Hug shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Hug fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
It seemed like Koch was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Hug throws a right and a left that both miss.
Sloppy strikes from Koch. Those never looked like landing.
Hug misses with a few strikes there.
A little jabbing left from Koch on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hug throws a head kick but Koch moves out of range.

Koch lands a really nice looking cross but Hug seems unphased.
Koch bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
The fighters circle momentarily. Koch darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Hug falls off balance throwing a combination
and Koch cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Hug takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Koch catches Hug with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Koch throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
It looks like Hades Hug has been cut.

A little jabbing left from Koch on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Hug doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Koch counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Koch connects with a good right hand that stumbles Hug. Hug circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Koch fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Hug ducks right into an uppercut from Koch.
Koch lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Hug at a distance.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Koch moves into range and connects with a jab.
Hug on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Hug doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Koch counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Koch lands a nice shot that snaps Hug's head back.
Koch lands with an overhand left.
Hug throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Koch counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Koch scores with a jab to the head.
Hug takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Some wild striking there from Hug.
Hug moves forwards but Koch connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Koch cracks Hug with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Koch lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hug takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Hug takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Donk. Koch catches Hug right on the button with a cross.
Hug is rocked!
Hug ducks under a wild hook from Koch.
Koch might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Koch scores with a three punch combo!
Oh Hug is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hug throws a right and a left that both miss.
Hug seems to have got his legs back now.
Koch stalks Hug and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Hug's face. Hug staggers backwards, shaken.
Koch cracks Hug with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Koch drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Hug right on the button. Hug goes down! Koch follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Koch gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Erling Koch!
