Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Yair Low!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tony Callaghan!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Santiago Holmes and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Low throws a series of strikes that have Callaghan backpedaling.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Callaghan tightens his grip and picks Low up, before dumping him to the ground. Low manages to land in guard.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Callaghan working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Low utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Callaghan has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Callaghan is pushing down on Low's leg trying to pass to half guard. Low is fighting to maintain full guard but Callaghan has managed to sneak the leg through.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Callaghan in particular looking to stall.

Low tries to kick Callaghan off but Callaghan keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Callaghan lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Callaghan postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Low is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Callaghan, into his guard.

Callaghan wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Callaghan has Low pulled in close to control his posture.
Low tries to stand but Callaghan is controlling from the bottom.
Low wants to control from the top but Callaghan keeps moving.
Low has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Callaghan bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Low's guard.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Callaghan is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Callaghan is looking to finish with some ground and pound!

Callaghan is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Low won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Callaghan off his unconscious opponent!
