Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Clarence Mcintyre (ranked 25164 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Baez (ranked 5168 p4p, 243 weight class). Baez has chosen Kashmir- Led Zepplin as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Baez throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Mcintyre.
Mcintyre drops down looking for a counter takedown but Baez sprawls and moves away.

Mcintyre fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Baez, pushing him back against the cage.

Mcintyre pulls guard successfully.
Baez lands a couple of digs.
Baez content to stall in guard here.
Mcintyre working a defensive guard but Baez manages to pass into side control anyway.
Baez is staying tight to Mcintyre's torso, preventing him from escaping.
Mcintyre wants to control but Baez postures up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Baez is working to tighten his grip on Mcintyre's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Mcintyre has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Baez is really squeezing tight and eventually Mcintyre passes out! Baez breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
