Blackwell takes the fight into the clinch.
Blackwell has Morningstar pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Morningstar manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Blackwell pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Morningstar can't break the clinch.
Blackwell is trying to pull guard but Morningstar turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Blackwell breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Blackwell throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Morningstar's waist but Morningstar gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Blackwell off to one side.

Blackwell tries to close the distance and clinch but Morningstar swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Morningstar lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Morningstar throws a right hand that Blackwell ducks under and follows up with a left that Blackwell also avoids with ease.

Blackwell drives through and clinches with Morningstar against the cage.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Blackwell.

Blackwell turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Blackwell manages to end up in side control.
Blackwell scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Morningstar to see if he's OK.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Blackwell decides to stand back up. Blackwell steps back and let's Morningstar get back to his feet.

Blackwell closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Morningstar quickly recovers to half guard.

Morningstar manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Blackwell keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Morningstar stalks Blackwell and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Blackwell's face. Blackwell staggers backwards, shaken.
Morningstar tries to bum rush Blackwell with a series of wild strikes but Blackwell uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Blackwell is looking to clinch but Morningstar is avoiding it.

Blackwell tries to close the distance and clinch up but Morningstar swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Blackwell changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Morningstar tries to avoid it but Blackwell manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Morningstar to the ground. Morningstar escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Morningstar lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Blackwell circles away quickly and effectively.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
