Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

28 - 16 - 0, fighting out of London, Sebastiaan Rutten!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Albert Achterberg and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kagonbo throws a right hand that Rutten ducks under and follows up with a left that Rutten also avoids with ease.
Kagonbo throws a body punch but Rutten moves out of range.
Kagonbo throws out a loose jab but Rutten uses good head movement to avoid it.
Rutten takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Sloppy strikes from Kagonbo. Those never looked like landing.
Rutten counters with a body kick.
Rutten on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Kagonbo misses with a head kick.
Rutten is trying to counter with his kicks.
Kagonbo throws a good cross that connects.
Kagonbo lands a head kick. Rutten smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Kagonbo looks to land a body kick but Rutten moved away.
Kagonbo misses with a wild body shot.
Rutten replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Kagonbo blocks it well.
Kagonbo misses with a straight right.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kagonbo swings widly with a right hand
and Rutten cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Bismack Kagonbo has been cut.
Kagonbo tries to score with a low kick but Rutten moves his leg out of the way.
Rutten replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Kagonbo blocks it well.
Kagonbo looks to throw the jab but Rutten is out of range.
A clash of legs there as Rutten blocks the low kick.
Rutten raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Rutten swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Kagonbo throws a hook to the side of Rutten's head but Rutten sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Rutten counters with a body kick.
Rutten takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Kagonbo fails to land with a series of punches.
Kagonbo lands a big right hand that sends Rutten crashing to the mat! Kagonbo stays standing though and waves Rutten back to his feet!
Rutten is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kagonbo fakes the body blow, causing Rutten to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Rutten goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bismack Kagonbo!
Bismack Kagonbo was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
