The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eirikson works the jab nicely.
Doolittle wants to clinch up but Eirikson keeps it at a distance.
Eirikson bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Doolittle takes a jab right on the kisser.
It looks like Doctor Doolittle has been cut.

Eirikson seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Doolittle throws a half hearted mid kick.
Eirikson is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Eirikson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Eirikson ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Doolittle looks to throw the jab but Eirikson is out of range.
Eirikson was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Doolittle throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Eirikson blocks a low kick nicely.
Doolittle misses the shot to the body.
Doolittle misses with a hook. Eirikson ducked under it nicely.
Doolittle has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
OH! Doolittle has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Eirikson smells blood and charges in for the finish! Eirikson unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Doolittle sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
