Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nathan Summers!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Edwin Lucan!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lucan slips a jab and a cross from Summers.
Lucan misses with a double jab
and Summers counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Summers connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Summers looks to throw the jab but Lucan is out of range.
Lucan with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Summers to score with a decent uppercut.
Lucan tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Summers defends well and Lucan ends up having to push Summers into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Summers looks to land a left hand but Lucan moved out of range nicely.
Summers has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Devil Dogs in the buildup to the fight.
Summers lands the left hand.
Lucan fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Summers keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Nathan Summers has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Edwin Lucan.
Lucan takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.


It looks like Edwin Lucan has been cut.
Summers darts in and out, connecting with a jab.


Lucan is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lucan closes the distance but Summers moves to the side
and Summers counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!
