Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Curtis Lowe (ranked 1352 p4p, 207 weight class) and Michael Edmodson (ranked 2482 p4p, 353 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Edmodson's choice of entrance music: Deorro - Yee. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

23 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Michael Edmodson!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Daniel Franklin and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Edmodson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Edmodson throws a right hand that Lowe ducks under and follows up with a left that Lowe also avoids with ease.
Edmodson swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Lowe counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Edmodson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Edmodson waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Lowe.
Edmodson throws an overhand right that lands on Lowe's shoulder, as Lowe tries to avoid the shot.
Lowe lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Edmodson misses with a body shot.
Edmodson looks to score with a jab to the body but Lowe is just out of range.
Sloppy strikes from Edmodson. Those never looked like landing.
Edmodson gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
It looks like Michael Edmodson has been cut.
Edmodson throws a nice looking combination but Lowe bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Lowe quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Edmodson throws a left and a right that both miss
and Lowe counters with a stiff right hand.
Edmodson works over Lowe's head and body with a nice combination.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lowe pushes Edmodson away with a front kick.
Edmodson falls off balance throwing a combination
and Lowe counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Edmodson looks winded!
Edmodson throws a hook but Lowe avoids it easily.
A quick step to the side and Lowe tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Lowe dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lowe, as that shot connected.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lowe cracks Edmodson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Lowe has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Edmodson to stand back up!
Edmodson is rocked!
That has opened up Michael Edmodson's cut even more.
Lowe feints a jab and as Edmodson dips his head, Lowe unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Edmodson right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Edmodson falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Lowe smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Curtis Lowe!
As Curtis Lowe got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: Suck dez nutz'.
