Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sven Lundgren (ranked 23439 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heinrich Frankborger (ranked 7574 p4p, 0 weight class). Heinrich Frankborger will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Richard Clark and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frankborger swings for the body but Lundgren moves out of range.
Frankborger uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Lundgren.
Lundgren tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Frankborger manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
A swing and a miss from Frankborger.
Lundgren shoots in for a takedown but Frankborger shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Frankborger rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Lundgren counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Frankborger thinking.

Frankborger slaps away a takedown attempt from Lundgren, before circling back to the center of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lundgren drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
You can see the frustration on Frankborger's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Frankborger tries to bench press Lundgren off him but Lundgren keeps the position.
Frankborger felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Frankborger wants to control but Lundgren postures up.
Lundgren postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Frankborger really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lundgren. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Frankborger tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Lundgren wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Frankborger is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Lundgren is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Frankborger is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
