The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ismail shoots and misses

and Yates counters by moving into the clinch.
Yates lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Yates wants to break free but Ismail has control.
Ismail has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Ismail has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Yates is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Yates tightens his grip and picks Ismail up, before dumping him to the ground. Ismail manages to land in guard.
Yates tries to free his leg and advance position but Ismail is retaining full guard.
Yates is looking to stand up but Ismail won't let him.

Ismail looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Yates is defending well. Ismail quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Yates has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Ismail celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
