The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stavrov swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Cobb throws a big shot that misses.
Stavrov fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Stavrov displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Cobb throws out the jab.
Cobb just misses with a punch to the body.
Cobb throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Stavrov sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Good exchange - Stavrov coming out on top.
Jayne Cobb seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cobb swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Cobb looks to land a right hand but Stavrov moved out of range.
Stavrov dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Cobb has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Stavrov is working away from the top position though.

Stavrov in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

Jayne Cobb's cut is getting worse.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Cobb wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Stavrov.
Cobb is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Cobb is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Stavrov misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
