Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Miki Viki (ranked 1397 p4p, 171 weight class) and Boyd Clark (ranked 2408 p4p, 261 weight class). Boyd Clark will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clark throws a body shot but no joy.
Clark looks to score with a jab to the body but Viki is just out of range.
Clark throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Viki scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Clark doesn't seem bothered though.
Clark throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
enabling Viki to counter with a crisp jab.
A head kick misses from Clark.
Viki staying out of range there.
Viki swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Clark throws a jab but it's blocked by Viki.
A punch lands to the side of Clark 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Viki looks to land a left hand but Clark moved out of range nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Viki ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Clark moves away.

As Viki backs off Clark throws a huge counter combo but Viki manages to avoid it all.

Good leg kick by Viki there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Viki has cracked Clark with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Viki lands another huge swinging hook and Clark tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Clark, before Viki can land any more shots!
