The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ky Jr changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Anderson tries to avoid it but Ky Jr manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Anderson to the ground. Anderson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Anderson connects with a body shot that sends Ky Jr's belly button to the back.

Ky Jr fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Anderson avoids it really well and circles away.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Anderson perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Anderson is thwarting Ky Jr's attempts to control the position.
