Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Milktoast Diddlybottom (ranked 1801 p4p, 79 weight class) and Francisco Salgado (ranked 1259 p4p, 58 weight class). Diddlybottom comes to the cage accompanied by Milquetoast. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, William Gold and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diddlybottom lands a lovely overhand right.
A telegraphed right hand from Salgado misses the target.

It looks like Milktoast Diddlybottom has been cut.

Salgado shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Diddlybottom's guard.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Salgado working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Diddlybottom has control of Salgado's left arm, preventing Salgado from doing any damage.
Diddlybottom will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Well Salgado has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Francisco Salgado decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
In defeat, Milktoast Diddlybottom stepped up to the mic, saying 'First I like too make good show for fans. I hope you like it, even though fight did not go my way. I am mad about the result, but I am also so happy to entertain all of you. Thank you. PDB4Life'.
