Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Walter Lang (ranked 2647 p4p, 280 weight class) and Tom Rivers (ranked 2448 p4p, 259 weight class). Lang's entrance music is Welcome to the Jungle. A fine choice. Rivers has chosen start from scratch as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lang ducks under a wild hook from Rivers.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Lang's jab looks to have found its range, popping Rivers under the eye.

Rivers unleashes a big counter combination but Lang bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

Oh Lang is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rivers is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Lang had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

and Rivers counters with a crisp right that sends Lang to the canvas! Rivers follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

Tom Rivers spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
Walter Lang was interviewed post fight and said 'I want to thank Freebok for sponsoring me. Buy there the have cool stuff!!! FREEBOK!!!'.
