Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jessie James (ranked 5644 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dillon Weber (ranked 25209 p4p, 0 weight class). Weber has chosen UTOPIA ALBUM as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Dillon Weber looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Weber takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
James tries to score a power double leg takedown but Weber sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten James somewhat.
As James backs off Weber throws a huge counter combo but James manages to avoid it all.
James scores with a head kick. Weber tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

Weber has managed to clinch.
James is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Weber to keep the fight standing.
Weber fails to pull the fight into his guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Weber is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Dillon Weber seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Weber shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has James pinned against the cage. James gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

James is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Weber can do to turn this around?

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

James has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Weber can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

James is working an open guard so Weber takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Weber got a little sloppy there for a moment and James has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Weber has managed to get both his arms back between James's legs - danger averted.
