Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Monsun Moon (ranked 3358 p4p, 0 weight class) and Uruk Owraa (ranked 8865 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left and a right from Moon both land. Nice combination.

It looks like Uruk Owraa has been cut.
Owraa rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Moon counters with a shoot takedown. Owraa fights it but they end up in guard.

Owraa looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Moon stands and throws Owraa's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Moon is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Owraa has escaped the position, nice work there.
Owraa stops Moon from passing to mount.
Owraa takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Owraa tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Moon wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
You can see the frustration on Owraa's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Moon is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Owraa has escaped the position, nice work there.
Moon will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Owraa wants to control but Moon postures up.

Moon is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Owraa is trying to escape and Moon transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Owraa is forced to tap! Nice work there by Moon! Very nice indeed!
