The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Popov throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Sloppy strikes from Popov. Those never looked like landing.
Loiri throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Loiri connects with a right hand. Popov shakes it off.
Popov stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

It looks like Kimi Loiri has been cut.
Loiri doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Popov connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Popov throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Loiri crashing down! Loiri tries to stagger back to his feet but Popov just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Loiri asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
