Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ryu Amakusa (ranked 5817 p4p, 523 weight class) and Tae Lae Rocko (ranked 3577 p4p, 357 weight class). Man, I cannot wait for this one!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tae Lae Rocko !
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Tarja Halkonen and Matti Vanhoillinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rocko cracks Amakusa with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

It looks like Ryu Amakusa has been cut.
Amakusa looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
A solid leg kick lands there for Rocko .
Rocko lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Amakusa is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Rocko 's half guard.
Rocko wants to get back to his feet.
Amakusa is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Amakusa stops Rocko from getting back to his feet.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Amakusa is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Rocko 's half guard.

Amakusa escapes and gets back to his feet.
Rocko lands with a hook. Amakusa tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Rocko has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Amakusa moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Tae Lae Rocko is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

and Rocko counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Amakusa looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rocko fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Amakusa square on the jaw! Damn, Amakusa is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!

Tae Lae Rocko decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
