Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Alberto Diagana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Castle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diagana comes to the cage accompanied by Molotov - Amateur. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diagana wants to clinch.
Diagana throws a nice looking combination but Castle bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Castle fails to land with a series of punches.
Diagana scores with a decent looking hook.

Diagana moves into the clinch.
The is referee keeping an eye on Diagana - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
A nice left hand lands by Diagana.
Castle blocks an elbow strike from Diagana.

Castle works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Castle content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Castle loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Diagana wants to stand up but Castle is controlling him.
Diagana knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Castle on the ground.
Castle postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Castle drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Castle jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Castle is looking to work some ground and pound but Diagana has wrist control.
Castle throws a strike but Diagana rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Castle has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Diagana has passed into side control.
Diagana in side control lands a decent elbow.

Castle is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Castle gets full guard.
Castle looking to hit a scissor sweep but Diagana is one step ahead there.
Diagana has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Castle looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Diagana passes into side control.
Diagana is breathing heavily.
Castle is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Diagana off and has taken his back!
