The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meat Boy displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Smith throws out the jab.

Meat Boy is looking to chop away at Smith's legs.
The fighters circling - Smith throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
It appears Meat Boy was looking to counter with a kick there.
Smith misses with a jab, cross combination.
Smith swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Meat Boy throws a quick counter kick to the body but Smith avoids it.
Meat Boy avoids a punch combination nicely.
Smith pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Smith misses with a hook to the body
and Meat Boy counters with a stiff right hand.

It looks like John Smith has been cut.
Meat Boy looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

It looks like Super Meat Boy has been cut.
Smith throws a lazy head kick
and Meat Boy counters with a lovely straight right hand!
John Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A head kick from Smith lands but Meat Boy takes it in his stride.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Smith lands a big head kick that sends Meat Boy tumbling to the mat! Smith takes a step backwards and waves Meat Boy back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Meat Boy is rocked!
Smith looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Meat Boy showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Smith.
Oh Meat Boy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Smith knocks out Meat Boy with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Smith before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Smith picks up the big W with a huge KO!

After the fight, John Smith was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
