Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Steve Smith and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koltun connects with a looping right hand.
Joel takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Koltun ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Koltun looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Koltun's coach down at The Foundry was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Koltun's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Koltun slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Koltun goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Ksawery Koltun seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Joel drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Oh Joel is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Koltun cracks Joel with an uppercut from hell and Joel crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Koltun's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Koltun won't allow Joel to sweep him here.

Koltun is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
