Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kenneth Black!
The judges for this bout are Topper Green, Ben Watson and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Suoro darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Suoro throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Black is trying hard to land a takedown here. Suoro sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Suoro connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Black momentarily.
Suoro connects with a looping right hand.
Suoro's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Suoro duly obliges.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Black has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Black there as he acknowledges the shot.
Black shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Suoro as he avoids it easily.
Suoro throws a series of punches but Black moves out of range.
Suoro slaps away a takedown attempt from Black, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Jorma Suoro has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kenneth Black.
Black takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Suoro lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Black has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Black and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Suoro lands a two punch combo.
Suoro lands a lovely overhand right.
Jorma Suoro is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Suoro lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Black circles away quickly and effectively.
Black looks to land a right hand but Suoro moved out of range.
Black takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Suoro listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Black.
Suoro is trying to control Black's posture but Black avoids it.
Suoro is looking to regain half guard here but Black keeps moving and retains side control.
Suoro is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Black's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Black seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Suoro does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Suoro is defending against the submission attempts here by Black.
Black is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Suoro still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Suoro has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Suoro has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
Black misses with a combination
and Suoro connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Suoro scores with a nice right hand.
Black changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Suoro tries to avoid it but Black manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Suoro to the ground. Suoro escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

A lazy left from Suoro finds it's target.
Suoro shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Black eats them both and turns towards Suoro to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Black takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Black is rocked!
Jorma Suoro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Suoro lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Black can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Suoro and Black drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Suoro.
