Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
An inside leg kick lands from Jones.
Jones defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Wilson.
Wilson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Wilson shoots for a double leg takedown but Jones sprawls well. He's pushed Wilson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Daniel Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wayne Wilson.
Wilson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jones sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wilson somewhat.
Wilson tries to clinch but Jones moves out of range.
Jones keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Wilson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jones pinned against the cage. Jones gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Wilson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jones sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wilson somewhat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A decent looking cross lands there for Jones.

It looks like Wayne Wilson has been cut.
Wilson fails in his attempt to clinch.

Jones scores with a punch to the head.
Wilson throws a head kick but Jones moves out of range.
Jones shoots in but no luck this time.
Wilson ducks right into an uppercut from Jones.
Jones ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wilson moves away.
Jones keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Jones throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Wilson tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Jones is in Wilson's guard.
Wilson controls Jones momentarily but Jones frees himself.
Wilson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Wilson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jones can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Jones drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Jones seems to have locked his on tight now - Wilson screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Jones, as he picks up the win!
