The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Angliese misses with the combination.

Adaev takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

It looks like Amirkhan Adaev has been cut.

Adaev swings for the body but Angliese moves out of range.
Adaev seems to have got his legs back now.

Angliese steps into range and cracks Adaev with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Adaev flops backwards and Angliese dives into his guard looking to finish!

Amirkhan Adaev's cut is getting worse.

Adaev escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Angliese gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Adaev is working an open guard so Angliese takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Adaev has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Angliese finds it's way round the side to connect with Adaev's head.
Angliese looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Angliese backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Adaev's temple! It sends Adaev violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Angliese celebrates and the doctors try to help Adaev!
