The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schulmann moves in looking to clinch but Huchkov pushes him off.
Schulmann dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Huchkov. That did some damage!
Huchkov throws a jab but it's blocked by Schulmann.
Nice shot lands for Huchkov.
Huchkov fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Huchkov scores with a punch to the head.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Huchkov drops his shoulder and cracks Schulmann with a huge uppercut! Schulmann goes down! Can Huchkov finish him?

Schulmann is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Huchkov tries to stand but Schulmann is controlling from the bottom.
Schulmann is still in real trouble! Can Huchkov finish him?
Huchkov gets to his feet and stands over Schulmann, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Schulmann felt that one! Huchkov unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Schulmann from any more punishment!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Matel Huchkov!
After the fight, Matel Huchkov was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
