Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rastaphan Dominatrix (ranked 2611 p4p, 69 weight class) and Michel Teló (ranked 1553 p4p, 48 weight class). Teló has chosen Michel Telo - Ai se eu te pego as his entrance music. Michel Teló will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dominatrix closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Teló's guard.

Dominatrix darts in looking for a takedown but Teló gets double underhooks and turns Dominatrix into the cage.
Teló swings for the body but Dominatrix moves out of range.

Teló pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Teló tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Dominatrix closes the distance and clinches up with Teló, looking for a takedown. Dominatrix pushes Teló against the cage but Teló circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Teló throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Dominatrix has control of Teló's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Teló regains control of the situation pretty easily.

That was a close round but I would say that Rastaphan Dominatrix will probably get the nod.

Teló remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Rastaphan Dominatrix spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
