PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hannibal Barca (ranked 2430 p4p, 229 weight class) and Zero Chance (ranked 5321 p4p, 364 weight class). Chance comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Evelina - Katri Helena kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That was a close round but I would say that Hannibal Barca will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Chance creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Chance breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

A little feinted left hand from Barca on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Barca throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Barca on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Chance. Chance obviously looking to wear him down.

Chance tries to close the distance and clinch but Barca swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Barca misses the jab.
Barca misses with a kick to the body.
Hannibal Barca is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Chance pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Chance will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Barca smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Barca is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Chance.
Barca stuns Chance with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

Chance throws the left hand but Barca avoids the punch easily.
A looping hook to the body misses from Barca. Chance does a little dance to reset his feet.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Chance throws a left that rocks Barca and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Chance dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Barca regain composure!

Barca is rocked!
Chance is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Oh Barca is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Chance lands a strong strike to the head of Barca. That's dazed him! Chance looking to finish here. Barca is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Chance lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
