Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jack McAuliffe (ranked 23114 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trent Cotchin (ranked 3844 p4p, 0 weight class). McAuliffe comes to the cage accompanied by The Napoleon of the Ring. On his way into the cage it seems that Jack McAuliffe has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jack McAuliffe seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 11 - 1, fighting out of New York, Trent Cotchin!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Columbo Gatti and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cotchin lands a slapping body shot.
McAuliffe throws a right and a left that both miss.
Cotchin misses with a wild body shot.
It looked like McAuliffe was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Cotchin.
McAuliffe misses with a series of wild punches.
Cotchin lands a really nice looking cross but McAuliffe seems unphased.
McAuliffe avoids the body shot from Cotchin.
Cotchin looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
McAuliffe on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Cotchin. Cotchin obviously looking to wear him down.
McAuliffe rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cotchin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

McAuliffe gets tackled into the cage by Cotchin. Cotchin maintains the clinch.
McAuliffe tries to circle away but Cotchin has him pinned against the cage.
McAuliffe looking to stall.
Cotchin goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
McAuliffe could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Cotchin digs a right hand underneath McAuliffe's ribcage. McAuliffe let out a lung full of air as it connected.
McAuliffe misses with a punch on the inside.
Cotchin lands a left hand.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cotchin lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt McAuliffe or not.
McAuliffe is breathing heavily.

Cotchin breaks the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cotchin looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Cotchin drops McAuliffe with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but McAuliffe looks back up at him and smiles so Cotchin waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

McAuliffe is rocked!

It looks like Jack McAuliffe has been cut.
Crack! A monster head kick from Cotchin and McAuliffe falls like a tree - timbeeeeeeeeeeerrrr! A highlight reel knockout by Cotchin!
