Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Settakian Fett (ranked 371 p4p, 52 weight class) and Dick Diaz (ranked 2012 p4p, 229 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Diaz's choice of entrance music: Feiticeira. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Settakian Fett!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dick Diaz!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fett uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Diaz.
Fett tries to land a leg kick but Diaz saw it coming and moves away.
Diaz thuds his right hand into Fett's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Fett gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Fett looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Diaz has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Fett.
Both fighters circling a little - Fett finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Fett comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Fett throws a hook but Diaz blocks it.
Fett misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Diaz.
Diaz misses with a looping right.
Diaz just misses with a punch to the body.
Diaz swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Fett counters with a nice low kick that buckles Diaz's knee momentarily.
Fett has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Fett ducks under a wild hook from Diaz.
Diaz misses with a looping right.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Fett throws out a loose jab but Diaz uses good head movement to avoid it.
Diaz staying out of range there.
Diaz is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Diaz misses with a right hand
and Fett counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Diaz misses with a right hand
and Fett counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Diaz ducks under a wild hook from Fett.
Diaz lands with a shot to the body.
Diaz throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Fett bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Diaz is rocked!
Fett throws a pinpoint strike between Diaz's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Diaz crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Fett scores a great knockout victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Settakian Fett!
Settakian Fett took some time post fight to say the following; 'The bitch met a real fighter tonight'.
Dick Diaz was interviewed post fight and said 'I'll Slap you harder next time!!!'.
