Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Timur Frunze!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pretentious Kneecap!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frunze lands with a right hand.
Kneecap swings and misses with a hook to the body.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Kneecap has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Kneecap throws a big shot that misses.
Frunze throwing a counter right hand but Kneecap manages to avoid it.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kneecap crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Frunze - the referee stops the clock and Kneecap gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Frunze. Kneecap manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

A looping hook to the body misses from Kneecap. Frunze does a little dance to reset his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

It looks like Timur Frunze has been cut.

Kneecap is working for a guillotine from mount but Frunze frees his head quite easily.
Oh Frunze is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Frunze knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kneecap on the ground.
Kneecap is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kneecap is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Frunze fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kneecap looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
