The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones throws a quick inside leg kick.
Jones tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Mythos is looking to counter punch.
Jones moves out of range of the strikes.
A big right from Mythos misses.
A big left from Jones misses.
Mythos thows a left - swing and a miss!
Nice shot lands for Jones.
Mythos looks to land a left hand but Jones moved out of range nicely.
Jones jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Mythos connects with the punch.

It looks like Mario Jones has been cut.
Jones tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Mythos manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Jones tries to clinch but Mythos moves out of range.
Mythos throws a looping overhand right but Jones ducks down to avoid it.
Mythos looks to land a left hand but Jones moved out of range nicely.
Mythos throws an overhand right that lands on Jones's shoulder, as Jones tries to avoid the shot.
A decent looking cross lands there for Mythos.
Jones looks to throw the jab but Mythos is out of range.
A little feinted left hand from Mythos on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Mythos misses with an uppercut
and Jones counters with a head kick. That will keep Mythos thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Mythos has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Talu's Boxing Club in the buildup to the fight.
Mario Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Jones connects with a body shot.
Jones uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Mythos.
Mythos takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Jones throws a push kick but Mythos slaps the foot to one side.
A telegraphed right hand from Mythos misses the target.
Mythos lands a glancing blow to the side of Jones's head.
Jones tries to clinch up but Mythos circles away and keeps his distance.
Mythos feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Joness jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Mythos throws an overhand right that lands on Jones's shoulder, as Jones tries to avoid the shot.
Mythos throws a big shot that misses.
A slapping body kick lands there for Jones.
Mythos throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Jones sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Jones let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Jones misses with a leg kick.
Mythos closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Jones lands a right hook to the body.
Mythos cracks Jones with a hook to the temple - Jones is on wobbly legs here! Mythos swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Jones falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Mythos wins by TKO!
