Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Boris Lukyanov (ranked 2210 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mark Henderson (ranked 995 p4p, 119 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Henderson gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Lukyanov to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Lukyanov is looking to pass into half guard but Henderson pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Henderson is in guard.

Henderson is working Lukyanov over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Henderson won't allow Lukyanov to sweep him here.
Lukyanov preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Henderson lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Lukyanov controls Henderson momentarily but Henderson frees himself.
Henderson lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Henderson advances position into side control!
Lukyanov is not content to let Henderson control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lukyanov tries to bench press Henderson off him but Henderson keeps the position.

Henderson is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Lukyanov is trying to escape and Henderson transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Lukyanov is forced to tap! Nice work there by Henderson ! Very nice indeed!

In his post fight interview, Mark Henderson started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
