Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Felipe Oreiro!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oreiro has his takedown stuffed
enabling Knuckles to counter with a crisp jab.
Oreiro takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
No luck for Oreiro with that takedown attempt.
A lazy left from Knuckles finds it's target.
Oreiro throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Knuckles's waist but Knuckles gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Oreiro off to one side.
Bobby Knuckles has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Felipe Oreiro.

Oreiro looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Knuckles!
Knuckles is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Knuckles is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Knuckles knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Oreiro on the ground.

Oreiro is looking for a kimura here.
Knuckles on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Knuckles tries to get out of the position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Oreiro has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Knuckles regains half guard.
Oreiro trying to pass the guard but Knuckles defending well.

Oreiro is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Knuckles is just riding it out for now. Oreiro eventually gives up the hold.
Oreiro looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Oreiro is trying to work for a kimura but Knuckles is defending well.
Knuckles trying to hold on to Oreiro's head to control him but Oreiro postures up.

Knuckles is trying to control Oreiro's posture. Oreiro takes advantage of the lull and advances to side control. He also appears to have an arm triangle here! Uh oh, big trouble for Knuckles! Oreiro is rotating here... this could be the end... Knuckles is out! Oreiro has ended this one emphatically! Great submission!
