The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Dean Styles and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lowry swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Donaldson counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Donaldson seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Lowry throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Donaldson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Lowry looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Lowry throws a right and a left that Donaldson avoids nicely.

Donaldson tries to clinch but Lowry is having none of it.
Donaldson really is built like a bowling ball. I wonder if he'd roll if you pushed him down a hill...

and Donaldson counters with a three punch combo that has Lowry backing up. Lowry nods at Donaldson to acknowledge the strikes.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

As Donaldson backs off Lowry throws a huge counter combo but Donaldson manages to avoid it all.
