The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

That was a close round but I would say that Earl Jeffries will probably get the nod.

Jeffries feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Aoki sprawling to the canvas! Aoki rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Jeffries finish him?!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jeffries fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Aoki manages to avoid it.

Jeffries lands a big uppercut and Aoki crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Aoki looks OK. Jeffries waves Aoki back to his feet!

Jeffries shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Aoki takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Jeffries sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Aoki bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
