The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Paatero tries to bum rush Voroshilov with a series of wild strikes but Voroshilov uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
We've been informed that Voroshilov has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Paatero throws a nice looking combination but Voroshilov bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Paatero sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

It looks like Jari Paatero has been cut.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Voroshilov! Paatero is out on his feet! Voroshilov rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Paatero is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Paatero is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
