The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Hunter!
McPhlegmwad shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Hunter eats them both and turns towards McPhlegmwad to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
McPhlegmwad attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Hunter throwing a counter right hand but McPhlegmwad manages to avoid it.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
McPhlegmwad keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hunter's efforts to push away.

Hunter jumps into guard, dragging McPhlegmwad to the mat.
McPhlegmwad tries to stand but Hunter is controlling from the bottom.
McPhlegmwad wants to stand and escape but instead Hunter has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as McPhlegmwad holds on and takes a little breather.

Hunter wants to control from the top but McPhlegmwad keeps moving.

Hunter is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Hunter looking to sit in guard and control but McPhlegmwad gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

McPhlegmwad wants to stand but Hunter has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
McPhlegmwad stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hunter swivels though and keeps the full guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Hunter looking to hit a scissor sweep but McPhlegmwad is one step ahead there.
McPhlegmwad controlling from the top position.
McPhlegmwad wanted to stand there but Hunter had control of the position.
McPhlegmwad is looking to pass into half guard but Hunter pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Hunter is in guard.

Hunter drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Hunter as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! McPhlegmwad screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Hunter! Nice submission victory there!
