Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ara Tiotio!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Tiotio counters by clinching up.
Tiotio fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Tiotio lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Tiotio.
A nice right hand lands inside from Tiotio.
Tiotio looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Matson is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Tiotio gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Matson tries to pull guard but Tiotio won't allow it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Derek Matson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tiotio fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Matson tries to pull guard but Tiotio forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Matson is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Tiotio pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Tiotio lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Matson backwards.

Tiotio has a couple of punches blocked by Matson.
Tiotio lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Matson has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Tiotio is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Tiotio prevents the takedown attempt.
Tiotio lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Matson or not.
Tiotio throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Matson is breathing heavily.
Tiotio makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Tiotio drops Matson onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Matson is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Matson is rocked!
It looks like Derek Matson has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Tiotio throws a head punch that misses.
Tiotio loads up on a right hand - it lands flush and knocks Matson senseless! What a punch!
