Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Antonia Barlow (ranked 25306 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rolan Muller (ranked 5761 p4p, 0 weight class). Rolan Muller has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Muller shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Muller showed some decent athleticism there.

Barlow makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Barlow really is a fat lump.
Barlow closes the distance and clinches up with Muller, looking for a takedown. Barlow pushes Muller against the cage but Muller circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Barlow blocks a low kick nicely.
A quick step to the side and Barlow tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Barlow tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Muller swivels and escapes.

Barlow has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Muller is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Muller turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Muller manages to end up in side control.

Muller stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Barlow swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Muller really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Barlow. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Barlow drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Barlow jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Barlow seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Muller for as long as he can get away with.
