Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Afeef Isa Baba (ranked 16819 p4p, 642 weight class) and Oliver Gears (ranked 2561 p4p, 280 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Baba might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Nation Arabic Orchestra. Oliver Gears told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Gears swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Baba.
It looks like Afeef Isa Baba has been cut.
Baba explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Baba looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Gears throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Gears's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Baba shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Gears takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Baba sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Gears bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
