Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Salah Al Rashad!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Patrick Alders and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henriksen shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Al Rashad but Al Rashad pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Henriksen with a nice cross.
Henriksen misses with a body punch
and Al Rashad counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Henriksen thinking.
Al Rashad misses with a straight left.
Henriksen gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.


It looks like Alexander Henriksen has been cut.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Henriksen.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Henriksen tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Henriksen has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Al Rashad gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Al Rashad tries to get to full guard but Henriksen has control of the leg.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Henriksen is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Al Rashad defends it well.

Henriksen looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Henriksen is looking for a kimura but Al Rashad is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Henriksen to get the leverage.
Henriksen prevents Al Rashad from improving his position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Al Rashad can do anything to dispel that myth.
Al Rashad won't allow Henriksen to pass to mount.

Henriksen seems to be looking for submissions.
Al Rashad is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Henriksen seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Al Rashad is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
