The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saades lands a leg kick that knocks Flint off balance momentarily.
Saades blocks a head kick by Flint.
Saades let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.
Flint lands a nice looking body shot.
Flint getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Saades dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Flint takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Saades buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Saades takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Flint has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Touch Of Death Combat Academy in the buildup to the fight.

Flint drives through and clinches with Saades against the cage.

Saades's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Flint misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Saades avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Saades is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Flint with a body shot.
Saades connects with a body shot.
Flint throws a sloppy head kick and Saades moves out of range easily.
Flint lands a nice looking body shot.
A solid leg kick lands there for Saades.
Flint displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

Saades thows a body kick. Flint tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Flint throws an overhand right that lands on Saades's shoulder, as Saades tries to avoid the shot.

and Saades counters with an inside leg kick.

Saades lands a big uppercut and Flint crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Flint looks OK. Saades waves Flint back to his feet!

Saades slips a jab and a cross from Flint.
Flint takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

A thudding body kick lands there by Saades!
Flint takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Saades delivers a nice body kick.
Saades is looking to slow Flint down with leg kicks.

Saades drops Flint with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Flint looks back up at him and smiles so Saades waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh Flint is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Nice body punch from Saades.
Saades lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Flint up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Saades from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Flint's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
